How we work
From diagnosis to delivery
Five steps with evidence at each one: you know what we found, what we did and how your equipment came out.

Pickup and intake check
We collect the motor at your plant or receive it at the shop. We check the condition it arrives in and log it with photos before touching anything.
- 02
Diagnosis and quote
We strip it down, measure insulation and winding resistance and locate the fault. Then you get the scope in writing: what gets replaced, what gets recovered, how much it costs and how many days it takes.
- 03
Repair
We remove the damaged winding, clean the stator and rewind with wire and insulation of the correct thermal class. Then varnishing and baking.
- 04
Electrical testing
Balancing and electrical tests with no load and under load. You receive the report with every measured value.
- 05
Equipment handover
We hand the motor over ready to run, or install and start it on site, checking operating current and temperature.
