The texts on this site describe our services and are informative: they are not a binding offer nor a commitment on price or lead time.

The lead times we mention are references based on typical jobs. The firm price and date always come in writing in the quote, after the equipment has been diagnosed.

The quote is issued after inspecting and measuring the equipment, states the scope of work and is valid for the period stated in the document.

Work begins once you approve the quote. What is agreed there and in the service order governs the relationship between the parties, above any text on this site.

The winding and the labour are backed by the warranty and the term stated in the corresponding service order.

The warranty does not cover damage unrelated to the work performed: incorrect installation by third parties, overload, power supply faults, an environment other than the one declared, or lack of maintenance after delivery.

The texts, photographs, graphic identity and the EMBOTEC name belong to the workshop and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

The motor, pump and equipment brands mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are cited solely to identify the type of equipment we service or supply. Mentioning them implies no representation, sponsorship or affiliation with those companies.

You may read and share the content. It is not permitted to attempt to compromise the site, extract its data in an automated and massive fashion, or use it for activities that affect its operation or other users.

The site links to external services, such as Google Maps for the workshop address, and uses an audience measurement tool subject to your consent. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those third parties.

We aim to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Technical decisions about a unit should be made with the diagnosis and the quote in hand, not with the site's general content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Nuevo León.
