What services does EMBOTEC offer?
Five: electric motor rewinding, industrial maintenance, motor and pump repair, electrical diagnostics and testing, and sales of motors and spare parts. Rewinding and machining happen at the Apodaca workshop, where the oven and the machines are; preventive maintenance, diagnostics and start-up happen at your plant.

One workshop for the whole motor
At EMBOTEC we treat an electric motor as what it actually is inside a plant: a link that production, energy consumption and the date of your next shutdown all depend on. That is why we don't split rewinding from diagnostics or from mechanical work; the same team that measures insulation is the one that rewinds the stator, grinds the shaft and starts the motor with you on site.
We work on three-phase and single-phase A.C. and D.C. motors, centrifugal and submersible pumps, and the auxiliary equipment around them. Every job leaves with its measured values in writing, so you can compare how the motor arrived with how it was delivered.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle emergencies outside business hours?
Yes. An unplanned shutdown doesn't wait until Monday: for emergencies the phone is the fastest channel, and we deliver an initial diagnosis within the first 24 hours.
Do you work on site or only in the workshop?
Both. Rewinding and machining happen at the workshop, where the oven and the machines are; preventive maintenance, electrical diagnostics and start-up happen at your plant.
What do you need in order to quote a motor?
The motor nameplate (power, voltage, RPM, brand and model), the fault you observed and, if you can, a photo. That gets you a range; the firm price comes after the diagnosis.
Do you provide a test report?
Yes. Every motor leaves with insulation resistance, winding resistance and no-load current measured and documented.
