A new winding fitted onto a worn shaft or a bearing with play does not last. So the mechanical side gets the same treatment as the electrical one: measure, compare against tolerance and correct, instead of reassembling and hoping it holds.
We grind and metal-spray shafts and housings, replace bearings while verifying tolerances, repair end shields and frames, and service centrifugal and submersible pumps coupled to the motors we work on. Before delivery the rotor is balanced and the unit is run-tested.
