What does an industrial maintenance routine include?

How often should a preventive routine run?
It depends on operating hours and environment: a motor in a dusty or humid area needs checking more often than one in a clean area. We set it from your real working hours, not from a generic calendar.
Can you work during our planned shutdowns?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to do it. We schedule routines inside your shutdown windows so we don't add downtime to the plant.
What do you hand over after each visit?
An equipment log with the visit's measurements, what was replaced and the recommendations. Across several visits it becomes a history that lets you anticipate failures.
